Dear sir/madam,
I am piyush kumar goyal receiving emails from rishikesh bhale and advocate deepak choudhari regarding payment due on below account number;

I would like to share the details that i have used the tata broadband services for 2-3 months, then i moved to another location. 5 days before moving to another location, i informed to tata teleservices to close this connection earlier than 7 day of bill generation date. They said that they will close the connection soon according to their policies. Again after 8 days i called them and they said that your connection is still live. Please give us 7 days to close it. And for these 7-8 days they are charging 395 rs bill.
They are forcing to pay this amount by sending mails frequently. I wanna ask to tatateleservices that this is not my fault that your service representative didn't closed the connection. As 395 rs is not a big amount to pay but why should i pay if i didn't do any mistake.
Please let me know what steps should i take. For more information please revert back.
