I have purchased a product (Prestige electric roti maker) from tata cliq online on 4th june 2020 for price 2397 inr. I have received the product on 12th of june 2020 around 5 pm. On13th of june i have initiated return request of the same product as it was defective and was not working. I got a call from tata cliq on the same day stating send me the picture of the product in and out. So that they can verify and i have done the same. After that no response for three days and on 16th june i tried contacting them from there helpline number and after numerous try and wasting my 30-35 minutes the call got connected. I told them about the incident again.in that they responded that they will arrange a call within 4-5 hours, but as usual no call. Today (17th june'2020) again contacted them same after 30-35 minutes the call got connected and again i have to elaborate the same problem and they answered me to wait for more 2-3 days. Which is not acceptable.. I have ordered that product from tata cliq so that i can stand for the vocal for local cause but if i will get these type of service how could i can trust this big tata company
