Tata Value Homes - Destination 150 Noida — refund of the property + interest charges

Hi i have purchased the property at destination 150, t 20/902, its been two years that there is no information from tata people, the relationship manager has left his job and there is absolutely lull from anyone there.
This is very unlikely tata's - when i have asked for cancellation, they have simply told that they will refund the amount in 45-60 days.

Its like harassing the customer - my ask is let tata refund the entire amount along with "interest" for lst two years.
