Myself booked a flat in tata destination-150 in sector-150, noida. Paid the booking amount. However, there is no progress on project. I am waiting to get the bba from almost last 1 year. Whenever i approach the consumer desk, they say we are waiting for some agreement from rera.
I am not sure how come tata sold the units if its rera related papers were incomplete. I booked and paid on name of tata. Its seems tata sales men shared the false information while selling the projest. Tata should refund the amount with interest due to their inability to proceed due to whatsoever reason.
