[Resolved]  Tata Walky Talky — Poor Pathetic Service - Harassment - Will serve legal notice now

Hi All I am now writing this mail now to explain this situation over email, as your phone support representative were not able to resolve the issue and girl was very rude over the phone. Please have some manager look into this issue now or i am going to file a case in consumer court now. So the situation is I (Sahil Sharma) owe number [protected] and have recently purchased Tata Walky talky set in April 2013. Model Number is V-FC9300. Few days back i had issues in listening and making calls from this handset and had registered a complaint by calling customer care number of yours. Your so called inexperienced engineer visited my home in my absence in first week of Nov approx. His name was Kishore and he claimed that he came from Dynamic Business Systems in Sector 17-C Chandigarh. Without my consent, my phone was replaced with some old handset and commitment was made that this handset will be replaced with a new same model. However, it has not been done so far and now (today )he says that this will not be replaced. This is case of pure harassment as my parents who are senior citizens were at home when he took the phone. I am not sure if he directly represents TATA or he is third party. Whatever it may be, i called tata customer care and this crap Kishore was sent to my place. I want to make clear that phone is in my name and without my consent you can not take my phone. I had a word with lawyer and this can be registered as a case of burglary as well. So now tell me what would Tata people would do to resolve this issue. Also, my phone is not in use since October and i have already informed customer care team that i will not pay the bill since Oct. With immediate effect, i ask you to close my number in case you cant return my original handset which is still in warranty period. In case my handset is delivered back, i will continue to use to your services. Yes, i have contacted my lawyer and will go legal in case I do not hear back within 24-72 hours.
