Worst service i had ever seen in my life. The day i purchased tata zest every family member was saying no to tata but then also i opt tata. First service experince was worst and i complained abt it and on 6th attempt they resolved it but not completely. Now again car is with concord mathura road due to accident but when i visited i found they are treating my baby like orphan . No respect to car and now i lost my complete faith on tata and now when i will get my car back i will not drive it as will sell this car immidiately . i tried to contact some big level of tata and concord but they had also not given complete respect to my word and i didnt get any positive responce. I had all pictures of my car at the time they were doing their job and i can also share that with you all.. Dont dare to buy tata vehicle.. You will be in big trouble..
