I had purchased an item from TataCLiQ which for which bluedart is a delivery partner.the delivery date was given as 12th May but to my surprise I got an message from TataCLiQ that the item has been delivered at 10:42am 9th May but I did not received any delivery and the bluedart tracking is saying that item is delivered at 2:30 9th May without am/ pm.as delivery confirmation came at 10:42am .. it is not possible to consider 2:30pm and no courier partner does delivery at 2:30 am . The recipient name mentioned is also wrong. Not even a single information is matching in bluedart date wise recipient wise and I did not even got a call from any courier guy.
It caused lot of stress and grivience to me as I was fasting and it spoiled my Daya and when checked with TataCLiQ, they are so lite to consider this compliant and they are saying that courier guy might have given in Neigbourhiid please check and took 5 days of enquiry time which is too high.I want to go for compensation of the stress caused and my entire day got wasted calling customer care which so reckless
