Taxi Kolkata — Wrong taxi meter and unjustified fare charged

Today morning from kolkata - maidan metro Station i availed a yellow Taxi( Taxi No WB 04F 7560)around 9.28 am and travelled to raj bhawan - Red Cross Place Crossing which is approximately 2.8 Km. The fare charged was Rs 38/- where as the usual fare i avail every day is Rs 32 ( at max), i asked the driver about the meter and he straight away says the meter is ok and there is no extortion with the fare. later when i insisted for the receipt, i found the receipt showing time is start time 3.27 pm and end time 3.36 pm with no date mentioned. How can it be possible when i am uploading the picture at 10.50 am today in the morning.

I request the concerned authority of the entire Taxi UNION and West Bengal Govt to take necessary action against this kind if mischievous practice and save civilian from being blackmailed from this group of wrong taxi drivers.
