I took their services to file ITR. From day 1, their responses have been slow after the payment for their services were paid. Eventually, they missed filing the ITR by the due date and I have to now pay a penalty of 5k for missing the deadline. Their customer care number goes unanswered and when a call back was requested, they refused to call me. The dedicated tax analyst was Pankaj but received an absolutely pathetic service.
In addition, there were errors in the filing and now sitting on 3rd Aug, I am trying to reach them, they have absconded.
