Taxspanner — ITR not filed despite of making payment

Address: 3rd floor plot number 305,51, Hasanpur , IP extension Patparganj Delhi 110092

Hi

I paid tax spanner rs 471 for filing ITR on 31 August but till now my ITR has not filed . The owner Krishna Gopal Varshney asked for my efiling password. I provided him the same but he didn't file my ITR and now he is not picking my phone. He messaged me that he will call me later but didn't give me call nor filed the ITR.
