Hi,
I purchased iffalcon 55 inch tv. The display is getting off with in 10 - 15 min once the tv is on. When ever i on the tv it will work for 10 to 15 min and display goes off.. I have complained several times to customer care and engineer came and checked and conformed that screen has issue and tv will be replaced immediately.. I this been told me around 2 months before.. Daily i am call the supply guys and customer care.. They simply say no stock available.. And they stopped picking phone also. I am completely dissatisfied with iffalcons worst after sale support.. I am expecting a call with in a week if not i am going to file a consumer case on iffalcon.. As i am not received any replacement and even no response from support team.
