I have gold plus membership and IVF treatment is covered in my insurance plan. Despite submitting all the documents, I only see procrastination from the Medi assist asking me to give the report in different formats and collating into different PDFs etc. I have provided the consolidated bills, individual numbered bills will hospital seal and discharge summary and case summary. Still my reimbursement is not done and it is very frustrating that I am asked for the same documents again and again.
