I am writing to express the extreme disappointment and the inconvenience I had to face due to the driver of the auto no. MH-02 AK 4885.
Complaint Details
Date: 6th May, 2014
Time: 10.30am
Journey from Goregaon East to Seepz(Andheri).
He simply refused to comply to the fare rules.
After boarding the auto, he took the longer route even when told to take the correct route and there was a chance to do so due to which we were stuck in a traffic signal and got late for office.
He tried to stop many times on the road with different excuses.
He took an unknown passenger without my consent and did not listen when I told him not to take anyone extra.
He did not drop me at the destination as decided when I boarded the auto. Even on being told repeatedly to drop at the correct location, he did not.
All because he wanted to continue on his route to take the other illegal passenger.
He did not return back the correct change and took Rs.20 extra.
Also incidents like these cause a lot of mental harassment to the commuters across Mumbai.
I have tried calling several times on the numbers mentioned on your website as follows:

But all calls went unanswered.
It is due to this reason that many commuters are not able to express their problems to the concerned authorities.
Kindly take the appropriate corrective measures and I wish to get my money back.
