Tdc Technology — I'm complaining about unethical behaviour(Mails and calls)

I saw online data entry jobs in quicker.After that i applied on data entry advertisment. on that day (29/9/2020)the person called so many times and saying that their is form filling job in that 750 forms you have to fill that in 7days. Later he asked my photo with signature and adhar details(pic) . I share my details in whats up.After some time he said you got a call from company you have to say OK for terms and conditions .The person or company may not asked my educational details .On Next day they gave the work .But they send terms and conditions mail to me with a attached photo with signature I think that its look like a fraud so I dropped doing work.After reading terms and conditions i chat with a contact person in that i need to get 90% accuracy and i[censored]nable to cross and i am unable to pay the money also Rs 5270(if i dont cross the accuracy).we asked why you are not said in this terms and conditions before giving jobs .But their is no response from him.Finally the dead line came (6/10/2020).I got a message from advocate(Karan shukla) with in 2 hours you have to pay Rs 9, 000(for not complete the work) and if you go with legal then you have to pay (Rs 1 Lakh) otherwise we will send a notice to your adhar address.Today also i got another mail form(Sanjay patel) .So please solve my problem immediately
