Half baked news... In the Special Leave Petition preferred by the plaintiff, she has relied on and/or referred to the order passed by the honourable Civil Judge, 1st Court (Sr. Div) at Barasat, being no. 22 dated 21st April, 2017 in the matter of T.S 579 of 2016 in support of her claim. The honourable Supreme Court after duly taking the said order into consideration vis-à-vis the order dated 19th June, 2017 passed in C.O. No. 1899 of 2017 by honourable Justice Sanjib Banerjee of Kolkata High Court, has been pleased to uphold the later. Therefore no such requirement of disclosing the pendency of the litigation in the deed of transfer to be made by the principal defendant in favour of the proposed transferees of the same suit property and or any portion thereof till the disposal of the suit regarding which the honourable High Court of Kolkata and honourable Supreme Court of India have already held the observation as mentioned before.

no need to blindly believe anybody. better contact Barasat court and refer to TS 579/2016, TS 650/2015, TS 1205/2015 to know the truth.

probably customers will be able to differentiate between truth and lie.
atleast, he/she/they is/are admitting the instance of the litigations. if I am not mistaking grossly, earlier was misleading buyers saying work has been stop due to local syndicate problem or other excuses .

We are being guided and protected by the Orders of the Ld. Barasat Court, The Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta and by the Hon'ble Supreme Court at India, we have already referred to such litigation and orders in our previous comments. Hence, if any one willing to believe in the baseless and frivolous statements made by the Unknown Users shall do it in their own risk and peril.
one consumer has filed a complaint before consumer forum demanding for possession or full refund (with penalty). hearing is scheduled on 5th Nov 2018.
