Dear sir/madam.
I am your ex employee. My UAN no is[protected]. This uan no is no linked with adhar because Aadhar did not come to our village at that time. Also my mobile no is changed, my old mobile no [protected]. My new mobile no is [protected]. I facing lots of problem. I resining my recent job. Bank account link with this account no so i can't claim my pf money.
Please dear sir/ madam humble request to u please changed my mobile no and link with adhar. I attach my adhar card, and pan card. please find the attachment.
