Teamtech Electronics Limitted, Delhi 110027 — picking of materials from shipping address

Address: Kanheipur,Bhagatpur, 754022

I had ordered for led bulbs of 12w on05.01.2020 and order no is[protected]. I received the product today on 25.01.2020, in too let. I opened the pkt and noted the bulbs are not of 12w. These are too small, giving poor light, like 5or 7 watt. On the body of the bulb no description written. I want to return those. But shopcules says that picking up address is not serviceable and says to send it on courier. I am to allege that if shiping adress is serviceable, why u will not pick it up from the same address. So its requested to pick it up from shipping address and refund the money tomy account, from where it had been paid.
