Hi All,
I have brought a lenova tab from E-Zone store located at Phoenix market city, kurla, Mumbai on 26/09/2016, the salesmen insisted me to take a extra protection policy and sold me a tech protect policy in rs 400.
on 19/01/2017 my tab slipped from my hand and its screen got damaged so on the same day i called customer care and informed them the same and they told me to send mail with details which i have done withing two days i.e 21/01/2017.
since then i have made several call to there pathetic customer care, they just keep asking my mobile no and IMEI no once they see my record in their system they tell me to hold the phone for a minute but purposely they put me on hold for half an hour and then the phone line gets disconnected automatically and this has happened tens of time.
Someone from there team calls every week and tell me to confirm my address so pickup will be arranged but it does not happen and this story is getting repeated since last 2 month and now i am fed up.
i think this people have taken the money from the insurance company and pocketed them-self and now they are harassing me so that i get fed up and leave the claim Was this information helpful? |
