We have Ordered 2 Pair of Shoes and We have received Only 1 Pair of Shoes after our payment done from the delivery agent and after checking in the Packaging and We (family) can see Seller Sent me 1 Pair of Shoes and sent me Rs. 35014 Rs bill on the Invoice and We have done blindly trust and done EKart Barcode Payment via Phone Pe UPI.
We wanted as family for Open Investigation from Seller Pickup to Customer delivery and I am 1000% Confident and by the name of God and I am very Genuine and loyal towards Online Services.
We are looking out Open Investigation and quick resolution with Immediate refund in our account.
Please help in this regard and refund the amount.
Note: From Flipkart - I cannot login to my Account due to inactive stage. The same has been escalated to flipkart however there was no positive response from them moreover my flipkart a/c has also been blocked.
Request you to accept my complaint and taken action against the company & seller ( Both are in Crime ) and tell them to Initiate the Refund in our account.
