Sir / mam,

I purchased daikini 1. 8 tr model no.Ftc60prv16 on 15 / 4 / 2015 from your
Branch (Ep electronic paradise pvt ltd). I am dissatisfied with your services.
As regarding a / c service, i called up your executive mr neeraj on (1 / 10 / 2015), he fixed my complain, but when executive came here, demanding for service charges of rs 1200, while our product is in warranty period, during warranty no company take any services charges.
I request you to do immediate actions to resolve this problem, if this kind of services provided by your company then in future we are seriously not purchase any product from your company.
Awaiting your response and your resolution to my problem.
