Sir, greetings of the day,
I am a former tech mahindra's employee and i was working as a customer support executive (Bps) at the gandhinagar, gujarat center in chat support process of swiggy. I have resigned already and as per the procedure i had to submit the access card which was given by the company.
But in this pandemic situation of covid-19 and due to lockdown in my city (Gandhinagar) as well, the office of tech mahindra, was closed and still it is closed till present day and due to that reason i was not able to submit the access card in the given time period.
Sir, i wanted to submit that access card but how could i go to submit it in the office as it was closed and my last day to submit the access card was 7 april, 2020 and at that time the rules of lockdown were very strict and policemen were everywhere and o 28 april, 2020 i got the email from pacehr and it contained the sheet of settlement and in it i see that company has deducted inr800 for not submitting the access card.
I just wanted to know sir, how can company deduct the amount when the mistake or late is not from the employee?? Was it my fault???
Sir, i am asking about my inr800 which is deducted wrongly,
Please kindly return it my money, it is valuable for me, it is my sweated income sir!
And i have contacted the hr person of techm, gandhinagar, named mr. Nitin bhati,
I have contacted him through call and whatsapp as well, but he ignored my calls and messages, that's why i have to write this thing to you and i am expecting a help from you sir.
I have attached the related document which shows the infirmation of deduction.
I hope you people will reply me as soon as possible,
