Tech Mahindra — Already registered user.. But Didn't receive any mail

While I'm getting registered for the recently posted drive firstly it dislpayed you are not eligible, later I tried again and started displaying stating you are already registered but I didn't receive my user id or password... Then i try to register to with other mails still same problem.
I sincerely request the team to help me as soon as possible as the end date is appearing fast...
