[Resolved] Tech Mahindra — Can't getting salary 2month | ||
Dear sir I'm previous year teach mahindra employees (vodafone ibcc process/vodafone prepaid)and my designation is CAS(CUSTOMER ASSOCIATE SUPPORT)My name is Nipu das, i have working experience in techmahindra 2 years 6month with vodafone ibcc process But, last year 2019 october/november this 2 month I did not get salary .but unfortunately this 2 month I was college exam(under JSP)this problem i will Informed my TL/and MANAGER with HR and i will also Requested for leave or weekoff for as long as day exam Then manager also approved for weekoff and leave till exam.When my exam is complete then i also come to office same time but, before manager sent the absconding(manager-Avhishek gupta)then i come first TL.but my TL informed me, you meet the manager then, I come to manager.but, manager told me, you meet the HR, then same day i also meet the HR (smriti mam/Gargi chartterjee), when HR told me all details absconding related, then i also informed all problem and HR all problem understand and she also withdraw by absconding All problem solved.then i also day by day come to the office, after 1 month complete (means october 31 salary) i did not get salary, then i informed at first my TL/ manager but TL/manager can't solved this problem.then i also come HR(smriti/Gargi chatterjee) And informed this problem (i did not getting salary) Then she also check my profile he saw my profile is invalidthen HR also said to me sorry to say, your profile invalid so you did not getting salary this month, and i asked why?HR told me(becouse your absconding was not taken, it was my fault), then i asked HR how much time for getting my salary then HR(smriti/gargi chatterjee)informed me after within 15 day you getting the salary . then next month (november)i also contineu come to the office And contineu work day by day but 15 days is over still i did not getting salary.then i informed HR(Gargi chatterjee/smriti) when she also informed me you also 2 month salary together in November .then November is over but i did not getting salary after 2 month. When i at first meet TL/manager/HR but, at last informed me your account has been parmanently disabled so you also leave this office right now some day future informed you ...and call back as soon as prossible, Then i also come tech mahindra HR head (Shelly das)I meet and informed all details and all problems, Shelly mam understanding my problem and told me, you give me sometime and i resolved your problem but, now today my problem is not solved, i also meet many time with Shelly Das but, same toking to me again and again You give sometime ...so now i want to my salary 2 month please give me my salary Name-NIPU DAS DOJ-10/08/2017 EMPLOYEE ID-525346 PROCESS-IBCC(VODAFONE) PLACE-KOLKATA, RS SOFTWEAR, P.S SRIJANTECH PARK i request please resolved my issue as soon as possible Account no-[protected] IFSC CODE-CITI0000001 Holder name-Nipu Das Account name-CITI BANK Was this information helpful? | ||
