Tech Mahindra — Claim approved amount not received to the insurer

I have raised reimbursement claim on 31st July 2021 and it’s approved on 6th Aug 2021. It’s been more than a month now from the claim approved status. As per the Medi assist executive over the call, It will take 7 days (business days) to get approved amount to the insured bank account from the date of claim approved.

It is already exceeded the 7 business days and still I have not received the claim amount. Please help to understand what is the issue and how long it will take to receive the claim amount.

I had multiple call with Medi assist executive and sent couple of emails. every one said it will take 24 hours to receive the processed amount and the same words repeating from last one 3 weeks but still amount is not reimbursed so, I thought it would better to reach here, please help me in this case
