Hello, I am sushmita das was working in tech mahindra work from home job As a customer care executive for Flipkart since 25 july 2020. Before joining this company it was briefed that we would we will undergo a training of 40 days maximum after which immediate certification simply a formality and would be immediately sent offer letter after which with our permanent employees id we further would update bank details and salary would be credited . I went through training+ ojt for more than 30 days than refresher again for 1 week which almost reached 10 of sept 2020. After this for next 8-10 days I was not told what to do no further updates from the company side. On 20 sept 2020 suddenly they asked to join a link and was again told to perform refresher and did accordingly till 23 sept 2020 . After a long wait on 28 sept 2020 they said I am not certified without even taking any assessment test or without stating any reason .
1)my main reason of writing to you is this particular job screwed me mentally and physically . Company has exploited me taking advantage of my simplicity.
2)it was a full torture to work from 12:30-10 pm for more than 40 days more than 2 months which was not there in company protocol.
3) I purchased wifi for a better net speed etc . For this job
4) I am not able to pay my laptop emi and wifi monthly bill.
5) I lost peace of mind and mental harassment as I worked without any stipend or salary for such a long time for I completely blame this company tech mahindra. I may commit suicide if this frustration goes on like this .
I am attaching the loi which company in the beginning asked us to sign and send .
I also have all whatsaap snaps of conversation.
Hope to get justice this time for this exploitation of human . Me and all others.
