Tech Mahindra — Didn't receive login ID and pin

I didnt receive registration id and pin after registration in tech mahindra web portal but i received a link for taking online test for that i need registration number so please send the registration number

I am Bandaru Sri Veera Bhadra Sasirekha my email id is [protected]@gmail.com, i need registration id of tech mahindra to write the test and i received a link to write online test from tech mahindra admin.[protected]@mercer.com mail id.Please send the registration id to my mail id
