Tech Mahindra — Didn't receive the test mail even after successful registration

Dear sir/ma'am,
I have registered for the Tech Mahindra 20221 drive successfully. Got the registration ID and pin as well. But didn't receive any test link yet. I'm attaching my success registration mail screenshot here for your reference. Please do let me know what should I do?
