Tech Mahindra — Didn't received any registration number and pin

I got the assessment link of tech mahendra through gmail. But I didn't get any registration number regarding to the assessment test.due to this I lost the opportunity to write the test.tomorrow is the last day to write the assessment.so please send the registration number to the mail as [protected]@gmail.com.
