Tech Mahindra — Entered mobile number in place of registration ID

Good evening,
I received exam link mail, but still now I have not get any registration Id and pin number
I request you to please look into it and help me out in getting my registration ID and pin. But I attended test buy entering my mobile number in place of registration ID could you tell me about that please
