My name is Kumar Raj and I was working with Tech Mahindra, Noida. My employee code was 688684. I was working for Verizon Process. I was released by Tech Mahindra on 11th Aug 2021. I served my notice period but when I received my FNF there was no break down provided to me to check the Loss of pay that I have noticed in the FNF. I raised a compalint but I got a mail from the dedicated team that I have submitted the wrong Pan card number and that is not the case, I remerber. I submitted the correct one. In my process we get points for the upselling the Verizon products. I made around 500 to 600 points which is equal to 10 thoundsand Amazon coupon. My Team lead (Arnab De) confirmed me before leaving that I will be getting all the points but they deactivated my account and I lost all my points and now they are not taking any action regarding it. My Team lead is also not responding and same with the Manager. I have been raising this concern from past one and half months but no actions so far.
Please take action regarding this as I worked really hard to upsell the product to get the points. It is an Indian company and they don't show any respect to the employees. This is really unfair. Why these big IT companies treat their employee like this. Please take some action aginst them.
