Hello, my name is pritha banik mitra, employee id: 517200, in hr shelly das's word i was terminated from tech mahindra on 18th august 2017 where as she and my tl sucharita paul, (Bsg process, vodafone dhl) forced me to write resignation letter to take resign. They showed the reason that i took rude call on 2nd august 2017, again i was not provided any warning letters before that, no ztp issues happened, suddenly hr shelly das told me that i was terminated from my job on 18th august 2017... I was shocked, perplexed, wondering what was the issue and that particular time they two hr shelly das & tl sucharita paul forced me to write on blank paper to take resignation.
Back 19-20 days, other tls had issue with me, one was biswajit singha and other one was krishna kumar jain. One day at office probably last days of july, around 8pm at night, one of the team member (Named chaina) of tl biswajit singha, with full audacity charged me very rudely infont of him & the absence of my tl sucharita paul, & that time i just confronted her that she cudnot behave like this to me, and just that time her tl biswajit singha rushed towards me & compelled me to go to manager, i was on the call, i disagree to go, he just threatened me by saying "i will see you" and left the place, did complain against me to the manager... Again on 31st july other tl krishna kumar jain who was not my tl, started screaming at me with no reason just after i entered my office floor, he wanted me to sit on particular seat and i just approached him calmly that i couldn't operate the old avaya as we were not got training on that, we got training on how to operate the new avaya, the functions were not similar at all, he was screaming thats the reason i sat there, i logged in my ncrm, but it was not opening, i called him to show my ncrm was not opening, he didn't came and doing his work, but the call came in, i was clueless, i just requested the customer there was system issue & he would call again after few moments, that very time krishna kumar jain came to me, started screaming at me by saying it was ztp issue & sent mail to my tl sucharita paul, then she also started screaming, while i was clarifying myself she thought i was showing attitude, she rushed towards quality and came back to me with sanjeev sir, trainer of vodafone dhl, he started scolding me that i used to take "ganda call", my behaviour was "ganda" with seniors & associates, i shouldn't continue, i should resign. My tl sucharita paul also asked me to resign that time, but somehow the situations got handled for that day. Next day on 1st august 2017, i've taken emergency leave, it was my 1st leave in whole 2-3 months, tl sucharita paul whatsapped me if i didn't come at office that day she would make me resign. Again very next day on 2nd august 2017 sucharita paul took me to the hr shelly das who just wanted me to take resign as she thought i had issue with calls, i misbehaved with my seniors and associates, but when i explained all the things to her, again assured her that rectifying myself whatever quality giving me the feedback, she listened to me, she allowed me to work again, but told me if any complains came against me then she will terminate me, that day she just talked to me no warning letter issued against me then how did she tell me she would do terminate me without any warning? That point i didn't get. But suddenly on 18th august when i entered the office my tl sucharita paul again took me to hr shelly das, i asked my tl what was the issue? I again told her that i didn't remember anything bad i did after our last meeting with hr on 2nd august, but my tl didn't answer she took ne to hr shelly das who just told me one word i took a rude call on 2nd august, that's why i was terminated, i was shocked, feeling helpless, thinking that day 2nd august when i had a long discussion with her, how then it was even possible? Then she gave me 2 blank papers and asked tl sucharita paul to guide me writing a letter, i even requested hr shelly das that i could continue for next few days till this month i would get get the salary, can find new jobs, asking for sometimes to give, she just rejected me by saying it was not included in their policy, in one paper, that was for manager, tl sucharita paul asked me to write "i would like to take resign for my personal issues" and in other blank paper, that was for hr, she asked me to write "i took a rude call"... Wow, what a conspiracy!
One thing, again, i was not provided joining letter too after documentation when i was asked for that they just told me they dont provide joining letter it was said very rudely by one of the hr from rmg room at tower b, 3rd floor. Then is it like fooling employees? Cheating on them?
I didn't get my experience certificate too, they forced me, they snatched my job, my salary, my opportunity, my growth. They just cheated and bullied me. Every single day they used to bully me and harass me. I need compensation, they should be taught a lesson.
Plz take a serious step against them.
