Tech Mahindra — Full and final settlement issue

I have resigned the company on November 17, 2020. It's been almost 2 months, still I have not received my full and final settlement. I have contacted the HR and they requested for me to wait for 45 - 90 working days. What is this, do I have to wait three months more for this, or still I won't be receiving it.
I need to sumbit whole doccuments for the new Joining company and it's been too late.

I was working in Tech Mahindra, kolkata in Flipkart Email process and the reason for me to left the company is the process been rammed down suddenly.

Kindly provide the Full and final settlement as soon as possible.

Will I get a reply sooner or I just have to wait just like I was waiting before. This is a complaint portal, so it should be communicated for it.

Waiting for my F&F as soon as possible.
