Tech Mahindra — I am complaining about my registration

Address: 404/c wing, Azadnagar CHS Ltd, A.D.Marg, Sewri (W)

Yesterday, I tried to fill the form for elevate internship program but by mistake I filled my CGPA instead of my percentage and it's show you are not eligible, but when I tried to filled it again it's showing you are already registered and login with registered ID and pin but I didn't get any information about this in my mail . I will be thankful if you looks into the matter . my email is - [protected]@gmail.com
