Tech Mahindra — I am complaining about my termination

Iam an employee in tech mahindra and my issue is that hr is terminating me for no reason. I recently went to my religious place and i asked hr permission also on this and they told okay but when yesterday i went to office they are denying the thing that i didn't ask permission from them.
