Tech Mahindra — I didn't get any information after submission of my documents.

Dear Tech mahindra i have cleared all the technical and HR interview . I received and email saying that submitted following documents to intitate background check and offer Process . And I submitted all the the documents on 6 sept to Harshal satav. Since then I'm not getting any information. Please look into this.
