Tech Mahindra — I don't received my registration is and pin

Address: Srijani Pally, Duttapukur, North 24 PGS, Duttapukur Srijani Pally

After completing registration I don't received any mail regarding registration ID or pin. But I recieved test link in my mail but there is no registration ID . Please fix my problem and reschedule my test and provide my registration ID. So that i can give the test.
