Tech Mahindra — I had problem with registration process

While I'm getting registered for the recently posted drive firstly it dislpayed you are not eligible, later I tried again and started displaying stating you are already registered but I didn't receive my Registration id or Registration pin. Then i try to register to with other mails still same problem.
I sincerely request the team to help me as soon as possible as the end date is appearing fast.
