Tech Mahindra — Im complaining about not getting ID and PIN

I recently filled one form for internship but i mistakenly asummed to write cgpa where it was mentioned only to write percentage, so i did not get selected.Moreover i did not get any id and pin after completing my internship form in Mahindra elevate.
