My name is Tushar sulekh and I applied for flipkart cce work from home at Chandigarh branch on 24th of April 2021 through telephonic interview process . So my recruiter told me about the demands of process (e.g. laptop, wifi connection ) and salary structure .But after the selection and even at the time of orientation or induction they only told us about the the company norms and salary condition ( company is not gonna pay single penny if you don't clear the certification after 40days training) .but 4-5days later our trainer told us that everyone needs to buy a new phn and a new sim Card also otherwise they have to continue with their personal number and if any call dropped because of any personal call or sim or phn issue, you gonna be marked as ztp so to avoid that arrange new phn or sim card or else don't continue with the training further . But my concern is nobody told me from the recruitment or HR team about this before joining or even after selection, and nobody's taking responsibility for this . I talked to my recruiter ( loveleen) and he didn't had any idea about this, just an intern there and doing what he was told to do . so he raised my concern to HR team and I got a call from muskan hr and at that time she was telling me that it's optional but if any call dropped from my side I gonna marked down as ztp and even she was not taking responsibility for not giving complete information to the candidate so they can make their decision clearly, whether if they want to join or not . And now my trainer told me there's nothing I can do or they can do about it and I've two options now, 1. Leave the organization, 2. Arrange phn and sim card . And I don't have any idea what should I do now .
