Tech Mahindra — Incorrect Registration Id and Registration PIN

In November, I registered for the off campus drive 2021.I got the registeration ID and PIn as well.But after that didn't get a single mail for the test link. and when I try to login with my Id, PIN..it shows up incorrect!!
