I was first time trying to register Tech Mahindra drive, but I was notified as "You are already registered. Please login with your registration ID and PIN to complete/view registration." Though I tried with different mail Id and phone number the same problem persist. Please sort out this problem as soon as possible so that it would be help full for me to proceed with the registm to register

Greetings Sir/Madam,
I tried registering for Tech Mahindra on 14/11/2020(saturday) and it showed as I am not eligible . Again I tried once and it's showing as I have already registered . However, I did not receive any registration confirmation email . Kindly let me know any solution to this issue .
