[Resolved]  Tech Mahindra — Joining not given after 6 months waiting for the offer letter

Dear Team, This complain is about the wonderful HR team in Dairy Circle, Bangalore Branch. Mr. Vinay & Mr. Raju are the two people, who selected almost 18 candidates out of 450 candidates on 12th June, 2014 for Manual Testing profile from Q-Spiders, Bangalore. My sister was one of the 18 Candidates, who got selected. The selection was done from Q Spiders institute, by Mr. Vinay & Raju. After she got selected she was informed that her joining would be given soon, by the Qspiders institute on behalf of HR Team of Tech Mahindra. After waiting for 6 months, now Tech Mahindra HR people are saying that they couldn't get the approval from Management regarding the joining of the 18 Candidates selected for the profile of "Device Control Test Engineer". My sister being a 2013 Fresher, has waited for 6 months and now when 2014 Freshers are in demand, she is unable to get through other companies.
