Tech Mahindra — Missbehaviour releted with girls

Dear sir i am working at tech mahindra it park chandigarh in flipkart process.
I have complaint against my aux manager mr. Ankur rana he has not sense how to talk with girls nd very roudly behavior only with girls. So i will request you please give sense to him, otherwise there is many way to explain him.
First i think better to write here, hopefully you will look my request nd will take action on it.
