Tech Mahindra — Not Received ID and Password

I registered to tech Mahindra off-campus so after filling the form and clicking on the register it directly took me to the home page of the registration site and I applied on this link https://registration.techmahindra.com/Candidate/RegDefault.aspx
I didn't receive any mail regarding my id and pin that will be needed for me to log in. even I apply again it says as already registered so kindly help me out with this. and i also mailed to [protected]@techmahindra.com but I didn't get any response so provide me that id and pin for login.
