Tech Mahindra — Not received relieving letter

I have worked for Tech Mahindra Bsg, employee id 675102 from 30 january 2020 to 29 september 2020, hr said separation was initiated on 1 october 2020 till now i have not received my relieving/ service letter. After raising request in remember tech m portal also i have not got my letter
Please issue the same as i have to submit in my current organisation for bgv
