Tech Mahindra — Not received the salary for the month of JAN yet

I have given the resignation on 20th jan and due to health issue I was not able to serve the notice period so the HR told me that the salary for the month of JAN I will get with the FNF amount .I have received the FNF amount but did not get the salary yet.However the payslip was generated for the month of JAN I have tried to contact to the HR but they are not replying me through mail.

The HR did not even understand my query they just stick to one thing, the problem was I was suppose to get the salary for the month of JAN which is mentioned in the payslip but instead of paying that amount they pay me less amount and also I got a mail that the salary for the month of JAN has been paid to me however I have not received that amount which was mention in the payslip.
In my payslip it was written 13413 rupees which I suppose to get for the month of jan but they are saying that you got less amount because of the LOP for the month of Dec 2020 but in my payslip after 10 days of LOP I was suppose to get 13413 I have the proof of everything and also the bank statement. Please resolve this issue.
