I have taken a mahindra scorpio in oct, 2016 from your dealer g3 motors based at kandivali, mumbai. I have taken a extended warranty for vehicle of 5 years (Warranty reference no.[protected])

Now my vehicle has an starter problem since last 5 days and i have visited your service centre angel motors pvt ltd based at vasai. Later service center person is saying that starter problem is not covered in warranty and i have to bear the charges for the same.

I don't understand why i have to bear the charges when my car is under warranty. Why i will have to pay any amount. This is to inform you that my car is running only 18 thousand km.

When my car is under warranty and i have paid the extended warranty also then why should i pay the charges.

Request to look into the mater on priority basis
