This is regarding the role of angular developer at Tech Mahindra where I got selected and received the selection mail on 25/11/2021 and snapshot of CTC and was asked some documents to upload and to wait for 5-7 working to receive the offer letter.
After uploading all documents when I contacted after 5-7 working days then they told they are processing the offer letter just wait for another week.
After 2 week when I contacted then they told we are looking for experience of 3 years minimum so we can't proceed for now but will definitely issue offer letter later as you are the selected candidate, but now also I haven't received.
But I wanted to inform you that they already knew at beginning of the interview process that I have 2.3 years of experience as at beginning only they had asked all details along with the resume where it was clearly mentioned the experience and notice period of 90 days and same details they had asked in technical as well as in managerial interview and everything was good, because after that only I got the call of my selection and also in my mail.
Please take an appropriate action and help me to receive the offer letter as it is very serious and discouraging for someone who gave his precious time in completing the entire interview process and was ensured to receive the offer letter and later is cheated.
