Please help on below issue of my pf transfer

Pf amount not yet recived
Status for member id: pupun[protected]

Claim id : pupun[protected]
Status : claim form 13 for transfer to new account number: against old member account no (Pupun[protected] has been approved. Payment is under process.

Let me know when it will be done?
