Tech Mahindra — Proxy card approval

My proxy card is not working till today's date, many mails and complaints had been done but still no approval has been done yet .
I can't enter my floor as my proxy is not working as it has been not approved yet .
Earlier from the day of joining my proxy is not working .
My trainer had sent many mails and my proxy was activated for only 3 days and today I was not allowed to enter because the security in-charge is telling to talk with my trainer so that he/she will send another e-mail so that I will be allowed for another 3 days and after that again the same problem will happen .
I don't know whether they are not supportive to their employees or not because I am facing this problem everyday but still no one is responding to this .
